In search of the dying sun SOLD

Inspired by an evening wandering in the lakeland fells as the sun set at the end of the day. This work was created from many sketches, colour boards and preparatory paintings over a period of 4 years. Our connection with the earth is so fragile, if we take the time we can experience the sheer beauty of the landscape around us and let it bring joy to our hearts even at the end of the day.
