Happy International Happiness Day!

Today is international happiness day so happiness to you all.

Everyday it is of such importance that we are mindful of the energy we put out into the world around us.

I made a life changing decision at the beginning of 2023 where I would and would not be putting my precious energy.

Channeling my heart and soul into my family, work, creating and blessed friendships.

Good vibes only!!

Well its been a busy old start to 2023.

In February I signed with another gallery here in Dumfries and Gallery in addition to the Old Bakery Gallery @ Newton Stewart.

I was also featured in DGUnlimited's 'Focus' magazine. They have a lovely warm editorial team it was a great experience.

I also agreed terms for a solo exhibition running from

Nov 2023 until February 2024

with my new gallery Burford Antiques and Art @ Castle Douglas. The exhibition will be a collaboration between my exploratory abstracts and more traditional contempary landscapes.

Its all very exciting and canvases have been ordered and a plethora of paints, brushes and tools one of my favourite parts of the job.

Choosing colours! What an absolute joy!

I have had a studio reshuffle and reorganize and I am starting to explore work for both galleries for 2023.

Expect the unexpected.

Bold, bright and brave I am well and truly embracing my creative practice.

I am excited about the possibilities.
